The Bill (Reg.No3041) suggests the amendments to the Budget and Economic Codes, Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, Laws "On Economic Entities" and "On Court Enforcement Action" aimed at the harmonization with the Law "On Bills Circulation in Ukraine"
In particular the article 50 of the Budget Code is added with the principles pursuant to which, "in the course of the settlements of the state budgetary payments it is prohibited to use bills except fax anticipation bills and also promissory bills." Moreover, it is prohibited to roll over the terms of tax obligation payment for the market participants.
The Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements is added by the norm envisaging that "violation of the bill issuing invokes penalty for the individual person-issuer or the legal entity official-issuer at the arte of 400-500 tax-free allowances."
